On April 14, 2025, we received reports that our phone numbers are being spoofed (imitated to look like us) to make calls.  
 
Please use caution when alerted to activity about your accounts. And if you’re ever in doubt, hang up. Call or come by your local branch and we'll take a look at your account for any potential suspicious activity.

2️⃣Enable multi-factor authentication on top of your username and password

So brush up on the warning signs of fraud activity to stay one step ahead. Here are five common red flags of phishing activity in emails, calls or texts:
 
  • You're asked or encouraged to open a link you weren't expecting
  • Urgent or fear-inducing language is used, potentially even with threats of jail time
  • You receive an unexpected attachment in a text or email
  • You're asked to hand over personal info, like a PIN, Social Security Number or passwords
  • You're pressured to log in and send money through a payment application
