Frequently Asked Questions
Remember when we updated our checking and savings accounts in the fall? We’ve added all new info about our accounts to the new site and built a side-by-side comparison tool where you can see exactly what each of our accounts offers and what’s best for you.
Also, we’ve updated our financial calculators, which are available to you at zero cost so you can crunch the numbers on any new loan or project or create a personal home budget.
You’ll also be able to use the website for all the things you did before, like ordering checks, finding important phone numbers, looking up our locations or simply seeing bank holidays so you can better plan your experience.
The only change you’ll experience is logging in to online banking when the website update is launched. Because the website will be totally new, it will see you as a new user – that means you’ll need to have your login credentials handy and put them in manually the first time you access online banking.
Once in online banking, you’ll find it’s no different than before the website changeover. Everything will be right where you left it!
If you have trouble logging in or have forgotten your username or password, simply call us, and we’ll be glad to help!
In fact, we recommend you go ahead and write down your login credentials and store them somewhere safe offline in case you need them. Forgot your username and password and need to reset them? Call your local banker, and we’ll be glad to help.
Mobile banking will not be affected by this change.
